This book is the Binder version.  With it being the binder version 3 pages ended up ripping off the binder so 3 pages are not attachable to the 3 ring binder but the pages are still there (pages 395-398) double sided.  Also one page ended up missing (page 304) but it wasn't anything important on it just the title "CHAPTER 7" with the summary of the chapter.  

Other than those issues the book seems to be in okay condition.
