Student will create a model of a soil horizons found in our Earth. Students must use a clear container, have 4 distinct layers, label each layer with both names. The project must be creative and must mimic what the horizon layers would look like.

The students will research and put together a poster about World War II. The poster will contain information and pictures that the student collected regarding information about World War II. . In total, the student should have ten facts that will provide a better understanding of why World War II was fought, who was involved in the War, and what the effects of World War II were on the United States. Each of the ten facts should have at least one picture to represent it on the presentation.
