This rubric describes the requirements for keeping a notebook of all the work you do in science class. This rubric will assess how completely and efficiently you have kept your assignments, notes and handouts organized in your science notebook. It also shows how the notebook will be graded.

The student will draw a picture of the literal meaning of the idiom on the outside of the folded paper. On the inside of the paper, the student will include the figurative meaning of the idiom, and a sentence using the idiom in the correct context on the inside of their folded paper.
